Background: CMCA has contracted with Dominion Paving to crack fill/sealing and then repaint our asphalt surfaces (roads/parking spots) as part of our needed community maintenance.  Dominion Paving has informed us that they are scheduling for the work to be done during June 2023.

Impact: Each particular day during 2 weeks a certain section of the community roads/parking spots will not be accessible for up to 24hrs starting at 7am and any cars/objects will be towed/removed to conduct the work.

Current plan (dates subject to weather conditions):

Cracksealing – 5/31/2023: Streets will be cracksealed.  There is no impact to residents parking/driving across the parking lots/streets.  Crews will work in the drive lanes and we ask that residents use caution while passing the crew.

Pressure Washing of Yellow Curbs – 6/1 & 6/2: Yellow curbs will be pressure washed.  There is no impact to parking/driving for this scope of work.

Sealcoat & Striping (4 Phases) impacts parking/driving:

• Phase 1: Tuesday 6/6/2023 all cars out by 7am for 24hours
• Phase 2: Thursday 6/8/2023 all cars out by 7am for 24hours
• Phase 3: Monday 6/12/2023 all cars out by 7am for 24hours
• Phase 4: Thursday 6/15/2023 all cars out by 7am for 24hours

Towing company to be onsite on the sealing days.
